Due to the nature of digital and creative services, Equatical does not offer full refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues through revisions or adjustments as per the original scope.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the client cancels the project before any work has started, a full or partial refund of the deposit may be issued, depending on administrative costs incurred.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service by mistake, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once the project has started and initial drafts or design work have been shared.
  • If the client fails to communicate, provide content, or respond for more than 30 days (project abandonment).
  • For any dissatisfaction based on personal preference after final approval.
  • When services have been fully rendered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • For delays caused by third-party services, such as hosting, domain providers, or external plugins.

4. Web Design & Development Projects

Refunds will not be issued after:

  • The design phase has been initiated or any mockups have been shared.
  • Development has started on staging or live environments.
  • Final files or website access has been delivered.

If the client is dissatisfied with the progress, we encourage open communication for revisions based on the original brief.


5. Content Writing Services

Refunds for content writing projects are not available once content has been delivered. We do, however, offer up to two rounds of free revisions within the agreed scope to ensure satisfaction.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first to resolve the matter may result in a permanent suspension of services and legal action. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to discuss any concerns.


7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please contact us via email within 7 days of the payment date. Include your name, project reference, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.
